Responsibility for providing training to business users was generally part of all application development projects.  Representative training projects included:

• Served on a major transformation initiative to improve the thinking and communications skills of consulting staff using the Minto Pyramid Principle.  Delivered nearly 30 sessions of formal training to over 500 participants and provided reinforcement through coaching.

• Served on a small team that developed the course materials and provided a one-day train-the-trainer session. 

• Provided teaching assistance to University of Maryland professor in the delivery of an introductory course on VB.net.
